There are two types of leads in GO8’s QuikMatch database and premium members can access both...
- The QuikMatch Lead*- This Tenant would like to be contacted by an owner. Match your property with a Tenant's
needs and then contact them directly!
- Previous Contacts - This is a Tenant that has viewed your listing on GO8 and has made an attempt to contact
you in the past. As long as your listing was Active this tenant has viewed your contact information and may have
already successfully contacted you by phone or email. However, for one reason or another, their attempt to reach
you may have been unsuccessful. Maybe they just never left a phone message… You can use QuikMatch to follow up
on these very hot leads. We store their contact info for you so there will be no more missed opportunities!
Platinum members can access our National tenant leads database… Yes the entire country including nearby cities and
counties! The HCV voucher program is a national program and voucher holders often move from one city to another.
National access to QuikMatch is an awesome way to proactively fill numerous vacancies in an area.
