For confidentiality reasons, your local housing agency can not provide you with tenant information directly. This service is not subsidized by any housing authority, HUD, or other government agency.
What is a QuikMatch lead?
A tenant is listed in the QuikMatch database when they choose to be contacted by a Landlord. Tenants are continuously registering for QuikMatch online and by contacting us via our toll free number. QuikMatch leads are restricted to GOsection8.com Premium Members only. Check back often for new leads - we are adding renters to our database daily!
What is a QuikMatch email alert?
GOsection8.com's QuikMatch notification feature will email you when a tenant has given us permission to make their contact information and search criteria available online. This automated email alert will inform you that a tenant is actively seeking housing in the same area and with the same number of bedrooms as your listing. This email does not mean that a tenant has viewed your listing or that a tenant is trying to contact you.
What happens when a Tenant clicks on my ad?
As long as your listing is Active a registered
tenant will see your contact information and can choose to contact you by email or phone.
We also log the activity on your listing and collect and store the Tenant's contact
information in our Tenant Leads database. If you have a Free GO8 membership then you
can not contact these tenants directly. Tenant leads are viewable by Premium members
only. You can access these leads by upgrading to a Premium membership. To view all of
